Such a good stay! the place is clean, the staff are super nice, and the rooms had complete toiletries and fresh towels. Food was solid & the Italian resto by the beach had really chill vibes + + the manager was cool too. The pools were clean, thankfully they were warm, which helped a lot since it was raining when we arrived. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay. Totally worth what we paid for. Would def. recommend! ❤️

Disappointing Resort Experience

We did not have a good experience here. We stayed there last week, and honestly, it was not worth the price. The steps in the 4-foot pool were extremely high, and at night the pool area was very dark even though they said it was open until 9 PM. Not all of the pools were open either — only a small portion of the kids’ pool and the 4-foot pool could be used.
The beach was also rocky, which made it less enjoyable. The only things we really liked were the room accommodations and the restaurant, The Sands. Overall, the resort feels overrated and the fees do not match the experience. Do not rely too much on vlog reviews. Our entire family regretted staying there.

Poor sanitation. Never again!!!

We went here for my son's birthday celebration. Unfortunately on our 2nd day our son had diarrhea, fever and vomiting. He didn't enjoy his birthday. Upon arrival in Manila we immediately sent him to the laboratory and the result was that he had amoebiasis (caused by place with poor sanitation). The place is nice and the staff is kind but their sanitation is poor. Pool is like chlorine free, comfort rooms are full of mosquitoes and looks like no one assigned to clean the area. We were planning to go back but we are already traumatized and it might happen again. I hope the management will pay attention to sanitizing the resort. For those travelling with kids please be.extra cautious . We had been to several resorts but our kids are not getting sicked.
This is really a traumatic experienced!

Great Place for a Vacayy

We stayed at Cocoons and the ambiance was great and relaxing. All the staff are polite and friendly, also, they make sure that all the things you need are being provided. They went beyond the extra mile with their assistance. The service is ! Would love to visit again.
