A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and overall, we had a great experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, and could even comfortably accommodate a small family. The large bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool throughout our stay.
The bathroom was clean, although we did encounter a minor issue with the shower head at the beginning — black particles were coming out, but this was promptly addressed. We also noticed that the room had a slightly oldish smell on the first day, which might be due to the building being a bit aged. Still, for the price and the size of the room, it’s definitely a good bargain.
We appreciated the daily housekeeping service; staff would come in to tidy up and collect the trash, which helped maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Hot water could be requested from the kitchen staff starting at 7 AM in case no thermos was available, which was a nice touch.
The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed — a definite highlight of our stay. The location is also convenient, with a 7/11 and several stores nearby (though some close early at night). For a local food experience, there’s authentic Filipino barbecue right outside the hotel in the evenings, and a number of restaurants are within walking distance.
All in all, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for an affordable and cozy place to stay!

Comments for Improvement Only

My 2 daughters and I stayed in Dynasty Tourist Inn only last weekend of this February 2026 for Cebu tour. The location is quiet and with good security guarding. The receiving area is spacious with sofa and swing seat where you can relax. The room is clean and big enough for us(executive room). It is so simple, no decoration or display at all, but can be fine for those who only want room to sleep in. Room has ac but with no ventilation and wifi inside the room is poor, you still have to go out of your room to have better signal. TV is available in the room but only with one channel and was suddenly disconnected during our 1st day but when I reported in the reception, they did not do any action and forgot to give me towel when I asked and waited and went to reception again hence, poor customer service. The bar or lounge they're showing in the advertisement pics is not true. I did not see any of these but only some chairs and tables where you can eat if you bought food fr outside or can order fr the reception for delivery as what the receptionist told us but we did not try. At least our room is in the ground floor and no need to use the stairs because no elevator in case there are elderlys with you. I cannot expect more for this tourist inn since it's not a 4 or 5 star hotel but hoping my comments can help for improvement so customers can say that what they paid is worth it.

Staff wasn’t friendly and only one towel for 1 room no soap no shampoo. Breakfast takes time even coffee to serve . I don’t recommend
