Although we paid in advance for breakfast, how on arrival we were asked what we wanted for the next morning(we picked our meals) about 830-9pm our phone rang in the room and we were informed our stay did not include breakfast,
Everything in the pictures is Nothing like it is in real life; it’s not horrible but it’s below average stay for the price: they provide drinking water/ toothbrush soaps , etc but for an extra price.
It was convenient for us because of its close proximity to Chung hua for our child’s appointment, but we will not stay here again. The only reason we stayed at this particular place was my hotel dot com credits and it was free lol
…again it’s not horrible , but do not expect much, from this hotel, or anything to be “great”
On the flip side , your GRAB orders get delivered super fast becuse of the location as well.

the hotel itself need a major renovation cause its an old type of hotel the ameties like towel no face clothe no coffee in the room the shower is bad the floor is sleepery i would not recommend it for seniors travelers very dangerous breakfast not much choices the coffee is limited staff not bad

Staff was great. Room could use a touch up. Comfy beds. Water pressure was not good. A good reno is needed.

It was a decent stay overall, but there were several issues. I requested a twin room in the booking notes because I might have a friend staying with me, but when I arrived they still gave me a single-bed room. There were no toiletries in the room either, so I had to ask for them, and they only gave me one small soap and one shampoo with conditioner even though I was staying for two nights. The lobby had a strange smell, and the air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working. I asked to be moved the next day and that was when they finally gave me the twin room. The area outside the hotel can feel a bit sketchy at night, although it is conveniently close to the city center.
