Great value spot in the city, iconic blue building!

Had to visit Cebu for business and personal visits, budget was tight since it's just a quick stop. So this hotel was a great option despite my short planning time. Cheaper compared to other hotels in this busy area and the rooms feel new, plus i love the unique theme of the place! All in blue!
Great spot where i can walk to many food places outside, plus has its own souvenir and convenience store. The room view is not that great since i was just on the 3rd floor so i can see other buildings and the roads, but it's always good to have window and natural light! Staff were alright... Could be a little more knowledgeable on suggestions/recommendations. But overall it was a good stay.

VERY BAD

⚠️ Very bad experience at Stacia Hotel Cebu.
The hotel charged me PHP 5,000 for a small vape component. When I disputed the charge and asked to speak with a manager, staff refused to provide any management contact and told me the manager would only return on Tuesday.
Most seriously, I was told that if I did not pay, they would call the police and NOT ALLOW ME TO LEAVE the hotel until Tuesday.
I paid PHP 5,000 under this pressure and have now filed a formal complaint requesting a full refund and investigation.

location theres a lot of establishment nearby. room is always neat and clean worth to stay.
