Beautiful resort with some cleanliness issues

Beautiful grounds with mature trees lit by lanterns at night.
Decent sized rooms and comfy beds.
Small balcony overlooking pool and trees.
Three different restaurants some with outdoor seating.
Lovely jetty with bar where you can catch the sunset over the lagoon while enjoying 2 for 1 cocktails.
Bathroom/shower cubicle not the cleanest though.
I had a pedicure at the spa which took 1.5hrs but lasted just 20mins in the heat leaving me with melted nail polish!
Coffee urn not working on day 1 at breakfast.
The swimming pool was a little murky!

Private island tour bliss

My husband and I are celebrating our honeymoon at Bacau Bay Resort. We just had an amazing private island tour with Elvin, Darlyn and the crew. What a memorable experience, the people the islands and amazing food. I would highly recommend this for family’s, friends or a romantic date day!

We really liked staying at this hotel overall, the only regret is that the WiFi doesn’t really work anywhere except in the lobby. The rooms, the staff, the food and amenities were all top notch otherwise. But they couldn’t get the internet to work anywhere, even though they tried to fix it by restarting their router several times. Hopefully, at our next stay, this issue gets fixed.

The whole Bacau Bay experience was wonderful. The staff were very courteous, the resort was intentionally planned, and the food was amazing. There are a lot of instagram-worthy corners and murals all over the place. And we get treats every evening from the staff. A experience.

Unforgettable 4 Days at Bacau Bay Resort in Coron

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Bacau Bay Resort as a family of 4. The location of the hotel is excellent, close enough for a 5 minute tuk-tuk drive into town, but far enough that it was quiet and tranquil. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities but what really made the difference for us was the hospitality. We took two private boat tours from the hotel dock and they were both the best days of our vacation. Our Guide Dennis, our hostess Gie and Drone pilot Bert made sure that the full days on the boat met all of our expectations. They made sure we were comfortable and safe, fully fed and did all the little things to make sure our tour was memorable. We now have some amazing drone footage from those days that truly show the beauty of the area near Coron. Thank you to all the staff at Bacau Bay Resort for taking the extra steps to make sure we had an amazing experience.

I turisti che manifestano sintomi correlati al Covid saranno condotti nelle stanze dell'hotel/resort dedicate all’isolamento. Dovranno quindi comunicare con il governo o l’ufficio della sanità locale per ricevere una valutazione ed eventuali istruzioni. Se necessario, è consigliabile sottoporsi a un test CPR. Qualora questo risultasse positivo, tutte le spese relative all’alloggio, all’assistenza medica e ad altri servizi correlati saranno a carico del turista fino a guarigione. ESCURSIONI/IMMERSIONI: solo dalle 07:00 alle 17:00. Trasporti al 50% della capacità. PROTOCOLLI IN CASO DI MALATTIA: Isolamento rapido degli ospiti che manifesteranno sintomi da Covid. L'azienda sanitaria comunale agevolerà una valutazione immediata. In attesa dei risultati del test PCR, gli ospiti verranno condotti nelle stanza del resort dedicate all’isolamento.
