Pleasant caretaker who responded to requests as needed…for simple housekeeping (trash, linen, etc.). None took place without the request. General “villa” aesthetic situated around the pool could be pleasing, but obvious years of neglect detract heavily from the charm. Very foul odor upon entrance to the unit which never went away. Probably sewage related, but completely unattended, in accordance with the zero-f’s-given approach to hygiene and upkeep. Bugs. Many bugs. Mostly at the entrance / dining / kitchen area and throughout the washroom. On the final day I had to spray out about a dozen or more bugs clinging to the walls and ceiling of the shower before I could bathe. On the upside, the shower water was warm…even though the lack of any kind of shower barrier means drying out half of the washroom with towels after every use is an an added chore. Villa Priscilla could be a nice stay, if renovation and serious commitments to upkeep and cleanliness were adopted. Next visit to Duma will be elsewhere, however

Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating!
The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access.
The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool.
The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot.
We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should be instructions on how to operate it.
Toiletries provided were only good for 2 for a family room that was advertised as good for 6 people. Even blankets and pillows were not enough. Wifi aas strongest by the main property/pool area.

The manager always go out of his way to see that the guests are happy with their accommodations.

Wifi good, location central, the building is older and suffer from some neglect such as inoperable air conditioning heads and plumbing issues, stoves that don’t work etc but factoring the pool, location, price, friendly staff I would stay again. It is safe and clean just keep expectations low.
