Pleasant weekend
The staff were friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the front desk staff, Ms. Cyrel—thank you!
We stayed in a Premier Family Suite, which was located on the top floor.
The room was just the right size for four adults. It had a shower room, a mini kitchen and dining area, a small living room, and a balcony.
As expected, the room was neat and tidy.
After settling in, we tried the pool. The deepest part was about five feet, and it had a mini waterfall beside the slide.
The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. The food was beautifully arranged on the counters and was refilled almost instantly.
My favorites were the vanilla muffin, scrambled eggs, fried rice, sweet potatoes, longganisa, and oatmeal.
The staff were also quick to replace the cutlery and reset the tables, ensuring that the next guests had clean utensils and a well-prepared dining area.
We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!
A special thank you to Audrey from the Front Office for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She kindly accommodated our request for a room with a beautiful view, which we truly appreciated. Since we arrived late for check-in, she also graciously approved our request for a late check-out, allowing us to enjoy our stay without feeling rushed.
What made our visit even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for our daughter. It was such a heartwarming surprise that made her celebration even more memorable, and we are truly grateful for the effort and care the team put into making her birthday extra special.
The hotel has excellent amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast with a great selection of food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Thank you, Widus Hotel Clark, for the exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clark, whether for business or leisure.
Our first visit will definitely not be our last. We look forward to coming back again soon!

They thoughtfully prepared our room for my advanced birthday celebration, and their warm welcome immediately made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our family. The hotel itself has a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a convenient location, making it an ideal place for both leisure and family bonding.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional level of customer service. Angel and Jacky went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They were always approachable, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed.
