Hotel has locational advantage

The hotel is located in institutional area area. The famous Rizal Park is also nearby. The hotel has a grand lobby on the ground floor which comprises of the front desk, waiting areas as well as Restaurant. It has a bar too in the basement which looked mystique in dim light. The corridors are carpeted, rooms spacious, bathrooms fitted with bathtubs, window view giving glimpses of of the city. Breakfast spread was normal which has the margins to improve. The room service, as i gathered starts from 12 Noon. A few days back, had stayed in Makati area which was superior in several respects from Ermita’s locality.

It’s ok nothing wrong just very old carpet in the room , paint of the wall is old . Everything ok staff are very nice

The staff were outstanding. I had a major problem during my stay and the staff were so helpful with a staff member staying with while the problem was being handled and that took many hours. I would go back there in a heart beat.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast buffet

The hotel was great and staff was very helpful and attentive. Room large, great view, amenities availible like toothbrush but shampoo and bathwash were sample sizes that were replenished daily. You get slippers and 2 free bottles of water daily which is a plus. There's a mini fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee packets. They had air diffusers in the hallway which was an added touch. The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a wide variety to choose from. You can order your eggs any style. Wide range of fruits, some breads, plus local and western foods like pancake. You have to go through a metal detector and put your bags through an xray screening process each time you enter, this was not a problem. There was a distinct musty smell which in the hall when I arrived which I believed came from the carpet. This did not linger though. Good location just minutes from SM manila city mall and close to other areas like SM Mall of Asia.

Manila Prince Hotel is simply excellent, and we couldn’t recommend it more for a comfortable, worry-free stay in Manila.
Manager Jeffrey is outstanding-
he runs the hotel at peak efficiency while keeping his team motivated and genuinely happy.
