Bantayan experience

Location was perfect and very close to the beach . Atmosphere was quiet , rooms very spacious and good value , clean, good service, Jonah and Jackie were over the top and attentive to our needs and queries. Highly recommended and will be back!

Very good choice in Santa Fe

Very nice hotel. Santa Fe. Well located, close to bars and restaurants, but a little out of the way so as not to be too noisy. Recently tastefully renovated, very professional welcome. The room is spacious and well equipped: furniture, kettle etc. Large and very pleasant common areas. One of the best hotels we had in the Philippines, at an affordable price.

Bang for the Buck!

Truly value for money. Cozy, clean, near the beach and MJ Square. The aesthetic is good they will even take your photos if you ask for it and they will tell you the best spot.
The owner and staff are super nice!
We will come back again for sure and next time we will bring the kids

Poor service

Pros
1. Walking distance to the night market/restaurants, church
2. A pizza place - Alberto’s, right in front of the establishment
Cons
1. Unclean- when we arrived the pillows provided had black grains/sand/ maybe droppings. Found cockroach on the floor
2. Have to pay extra for a blanket. There were 2 of us in the room and only gave us 1 sheet.
3. Water- water pressure was so low to the point that it’s almost like a drip. Hot water was inconsistent
4. Toilet- reeked like sewer and can smell it from the bedroom even with the door closed.
5. Breakfast- was inclusive but we had to wait for an hour after we ordered to get served.
6. No cable tv. Only 1 channel available.
We cut our stay a day short because of lack of basic amenities was just unacceptable.

Cozy hotel close to everything in Santa Fe

I like my staying in this hotel. Rooms are air conditioned, cozy and comfortable. Patio and balcony are cozy. Price was affordable. Service is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Fresh made donuts and coffee were very good. Eric, the owner of the hotel, was very helpful in everything. It was lockdown, quarantine and even curfew in time of my staying, but I felt like free because of Eric's assistance.
The hotel is located in the very center of Santa Fe close to beaches, restaurants, stores.
The hotel offers very nice mountain bike for only 100 pesos per day. I traveled almost all over Bantaysn island on this bike.
Recommend.
