They made me feel at home there!
I stayed here for 75 days and they did everything they could to make me feel at home. Best price and BEST SERVICE in the area. Free internet, a conference room, near to malls, restaurants, and easy to find. Owned by a wonderful family and staffed by kind people. My highest recommendation for a budget hotel.

Family-Owned Hotel
Me and my husband and youngest daughter were at a mall along Marcos Highway when we realized we wouldn't be able to get home that night due to heavy rains and flooding. Good thing we found a room at 20 Studio Residences and Hotel. It is owned by the Sabado family, and one of the sons was at the front desk when we checked in and Mrs. Sabado had taken his place when we checked out. Staff were unable to come to work because their places were flooded so the son had to attend to needs of guests running up and down the stairs (to bring an extra towel, to help us with the cable TV etc.) because the elevator had conked out just then. We were happy to find a comfortable place to spend the night. The wifi was good, we were each given a bottle of cold water when we arrived, there was free coffee in the morning. What I liked best was that the hot shower was working well; it was very comforting taking a long, hot shower after having to walk from the mall to the hotel because traffic was at a standstill. If I ever get stranded again along Marcos Highway, I'd try as much as possible to book a room again at this hotel.

Hotel accommodation in Marikina City
The only hotel in Marikina City that offers, weekly and monthly accommodation. Free internet, parking and use of dining hall for group meetings. Friendly hotel staff on 24 hour service. 5 minutes walk to Pinnacle and Elorde gym. 10 minutes walk to shopping mall and fast food restaurants. Nice tour to Marikina City, Antipolo City and Rizal Province. Accessible to public transportation. It's like a home.
