Great for the price

While we are in Tacloban, our Airbnb was canceled, hence we need to immediately search for an available accommodation to stay, In the google list, Hotel Lorenza was recommended, hence, I booked immediately. it was a very swift transaction, we got the room for four. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel is located in almost the center of the city, many available restos are in walking distance, and the ambiance of the reception is very good, the room is big enough for four adults, the bed is very comfortable, comfort room is decent, amenities are available. and wifi connection is great. I will highly recommended the hotel, no for Airbnb for this stay.

Probably one of the better hotels in the area

Strategically located in the downtown area. So all the banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation were all easily accessible.
Staff were well-trained, courteous, very accommodating and helpful to our requests.
Food was generally average.
Rooms were clean and maintained. They provide mini-soaps and oral hygiene kits.
Overall, they made me feel safe staying there, which is admirable given that we're in the middle of a pandemic. Will definitely consider staying there again when I come back to Tacloban.

For the piso, just about average

Things are a bit cramped. For example one must step into the shower to shut the door and use the CR. The rooms are small. The water did not get hot and is not potable. We avoided the food and instead took take-out at a nearby motel. The porter helped us get a taxi very early and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Tacloban is filthy and i may not ever visit again.

Good location in downtown Tacloban

The hotel is located near the intersection of Veteranos and Del Pilar and is just beside an excellent Italian restaurant. It is also just across a hospital and schools. Rooms generally have to view of the outside (many seem to be inner building units). Only had a small bar of soap in our bathrooms so we had to buy our own shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Staff seem okay but don't really know how good their service is as we has a short stay. Breakfast was okay. It wasn't buffet but the set meal servings were generous.

Good Hotel to Stay

Good location. Public transport passes through this hotel going to most area. Van station is near. Sto. Nino Church is about 10-15 minutes walk. Near fast foods and restaurants.
Wi-fi is ok, though you have to have to get passcode per device per day.
24 hour convenience store is just around the corner. Drugstore is just beside the hotel which is open until late night. Hotel is just across a hospital.
Consider this hotel when in Tacloban.
