This hotel is worth every peso
My former students and I stayed at this hotel and we were really impressed. There is a water dispenser in every floor. Rooms were clean. AC is sufficient. Wifi speed is commendable. We even watched Netflix. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Need lots of improvement
Comfortable bed BUT lots of BAD services. Can't provide toilet paper, towels are dirty, old and teared. AC is really bad. Staff is poor in client requests to as simple as providing batteries for TV remote. Trash as seen all over the lobby of the rooms. Wifi codes are not working.

three business check ins and never once was I accommodated for early check in.you should pay for half the
price for early check in.Yes! even when there are available rooms and even when you try to trade it off for early check out.when your visitor is a traveller, they want to rest or change clothes the soonest time possible.NO EARLY CHECK INS, so quick to call you for check out ,BUT THE ROOM STINKS,LINENS ARE THIN, pillows are aged...NEVER AGAIN

Not what was pictured.
I don’t have high standards for hotels when I travel. Let’s face it, we don’t travel to different places just to stay in hotels. What does disappoint me is when a hotel is not what was advertised. I booked a Deluxe Queen room and thought it was kind of small but figured it was a normal thing at this hotel, that is until I rented a second room for some of our family. Their room was a lot nicer and even had a table with chairs like it showed in the pictures. The staff were nice but the business and facility was a lot less than desirable. The location was OK. I’ve stayed in better hotels for the same price with better locations. This will teach me to try out new places. I think I’ll abandon the remainder of my stay here and find a better hotel. If you need more proof just look at my posted pics. I think most of the excellent reviews are from staff not actual travelers.

Well-trained staff, excellent location
We booked this hotel for 2 nights before traveling to Kalanggaman in Palompon. The location is excellent: easy to hail a tricycle to get around town. It's only a 2-minute walk to the street Avenida Veteranos where you can ride a jeep going straight to the airport. There's also a mini-grocery across the street. And you can walk to a good rest-grill Jo's Inato for lunch or dinner. Staff members are polite and efficient. They were quick to respond to our requests. The room amenities are old and need upgrade (broken towel holder, towels and mat- while all clean - are no longer white and need replacing). Internet connection was poor (Room 401) so we relied on mobile data all the time to get connected. But all these were minor issue to us because we only cared about good service, clean sheets and working hot/cold shower, which the hotel provided. TIP: If you're going to Kalanggaman, you can take a tricycle from the hotel to Van-Vans Terminal, which has Tacloban-Palompon trips. Duptours terminal, which is in the same compound as the hotel, doesn't offer trips to Palompon as of this writing. It would’ve been much convenient if it did.
