Must stay hotel in Helsinki!
This is one of the best business hotel I ever stayed. Bed was super confortbale, bathroom was spacious, coffee machine is pure perfection and the breakfast was super rich. Must try is their sauna!

Very good location
Very good location and friendly personnel. Excellent breakfast.
Everything was great during my stay. My only complaint concerns the cleanliness of the common areas, specifically the corridors, lift, and sauna changing room.

Great Location but hotel could be so much better
The location of the hotel is excellent being so close to the train station and really central to getting around the city.
Check in as other people have mentioned was dreadful, it took ages, and just 2 people trying to deal with everyone waiting.
The room whilst nice is really small and there is just no room to put anything.
Our room was finally “cleaned” at 4.00, but it was literally just a change of towels, mugs and a very quick wipe down of the bathroom tops, the bed wasn’t touched at all.
Breakfast was fine if a bit chaotic.

Clean room with lovely view over the botanical gardens.
Convenient location.
Breakfast was good and included which is not often the case.
