Never again!!! I'm disgusted!
A nightmare week in this hotel:
Unpleasant staff
Wifi with very low speed (3MB)
Old room overlooking the busy street and under construction (Very noisy), and not matching the description. I had booked a comfortable double room.
Fridge, coffee maker, kettle in a common room, which didn't say:
I had the food stolen three times, the owner knows the thief but does nothing, and yet there are cameras.
The coffee maker's not working. For the kettle, having no water in this room, it's up to you to manage to fill with your own bottle.
Television is not working!
Towels received once wet, the second time stained with blood.
The balcony held by drawers, almost collapses, as well as the top of the wall, under the balcony. A danger to the occupant of the room, to the lower balconies, and to people passing on the sidewalk.
Plugged sink in the tiny bathroom.
The lock on the room was locked, preventing us from leaving the room.
I travel a lot, and I’ve never known that, with an unreachable boss, and no one at Welcoming, forced to wait for the cleaning lady the next day.

Catastrophic
On arrival we had not received a confirmation SMS , so it was not possible to enter without since there was no one at the reception. I called the boss who said I was bothering him and he was on duty. Then he couldn't find my reservation, but he asked me to wait because he was in full service. I finally got my room. The bedding was very poor with a hollow mattress. The breakfast that must be taken in another hotel 200m. Very obsolete room with old waxed canvases and a mediocre buffet, obsolete yogurt and drip-fed. Never again!

VERY UNFAVOURABLE VIEW
Dismal establishment. No physical Welcoming, yet a reception at the entrance but never anyone. Rooms with old decoration, furniture of great grandparents... bathroom not very sharp, walls as thick as a sheet of paper. Old building converted into a bedroom. And above all, ask for the invoice before giving a comment, punishment: no invoice. I had to call the headquarters for this recalcitrant manager to finally send me, after 15 days, my invoice.

Hotel from another time.
- no parking
-I zero solation
- smell enclosed moisture in the room.
-shower crack that we try to mask by a towel on the floor.
