Although it doesn’t look like much from outside, the hotel boasts a well-maintained interior. Set in a small town, it has its own secure parking (free of charge) and served as an ideal stopover for a family (2 adults and 2 children) on the way to the channel tunnel early the next morning. We didn’t need the breakfast so can’t comment, however the room was clean and comfortable. It could benefit from in-room kettle to make it that little bit more homely, but we have used the hotel twice now and would use again if we were travelling in France.

Immaculate Room.

Room was immaculate especially the bathroom. Only down side was the bed was a little hard and there was no coffee in the room.

We stayed for 1 night perfect for a pit stop. Quadruple room was small with the rollaway bed blocking the corridor. Great AC and beds were comfy. No tea/coffee facilities or fridge so really basic. Rooms could do with a refresh and bathroom modernisation. Overall good for the price paid

Value for money short stay.

We have stayed at the Ace hotel many times in the past on our way from Maastricht to Calais. The hotel is very comfortable and clean with well appointed bedrooms along with a good walk in shower and plenty of free parking. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, For the money you really can't beat this Ace for a low cost overnight stay. However, I have to say that the breakfast has gone down hill and is now really not worth the money. Far better places in Arras on the way to the Autoroute, only about 10 mins drive away. Restaurant next door to the Ace is closed on Sunday evening but the Yummy, about a 10 min walk away (by the Carrefour) an Asian restaurant is worth a visit or there is always a very clean McDs 2 doors away.
