not great for a 4-star, in my opinion I would love it for a 2-star

group trip , we do not choose the hotel, it is advertised 4 stars, not deserved at all, room cramped to 2 we bother to pass , toilet very small, the bathroom to a bath too high so dangerous, but when the hotels will understand 'they that a shower is more ecological, the ceiling is surely to be redone , as well as the joints of the bathroom
the dinner is long , waiting more than 20 minutes between each course no speciality of the region is on the menu
only breakfast is good , especially the schedule from 06:30
The room overlooks the parking lot, noise, not seen so air-conditioned

Gutel Location, delicious breakfast, otherwise not recommended

The hotel is well located, the breakfast was very good. The bed comfortable.
Otherwise, the room is in poor condition. The hotel is not a 4* hotel. Outdated and dirty carpet, crank of the store almost falls out, faucet wobbles that you have to fear that it will fall out, cracked ceiling. Although the hotel was not fully booked, one is allocated such a bad room. It's too bad.
After reporting to the reception nothing will be done.

Necessarily not foreseen.

Normally not provided to stay in Belfort but have to find a hotel out of necessity. There was an event in Belfort so rooms were sparsely seeded. Find restaurant because in hotel no dinner. Good that we found a hotel and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was also disappointing. The bed was feathered and you could feel it when you moved. The room itself was clean and tidy. A fairly small bathroom with a separate toilet which was also small. You had to shower in the bathtub. Breakfast was spacious and self Service but there was no or almost no supervision. Forks for the scrambled eggs or bacon ran out but were not replenished. Too bad because in itself a good breakfast.

Inacceptable....

Initial welcome but a fire alarm activated around 10.30pm by a vape that staff had trouble stopping
A shower wall and controller broken and especially a breakfast unworthy of the 16 euros 50 asked which is already exorbitant
I didn't see the stars and in no 4 stars

Disappointing

Hotel dated...room carpet stained embarrassingly! The bathroom definitely to be reviewed I do not understand how it can be classified 4 stars. Quite poor breakfast... in the area there were relatives in another structure for the same price much higher! Too bad a little more care would suffice
