Loved this hotel!!
From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The spa was quaint but had everything we needed to decompress after a full week of traveling. The sauna and steam room were amazing, and we especially loved the shower with the rainforest and thunderstorm features, such a fun experience. You can also order food and drinks poolside at the spa.
All the food we had at the hotel was delicious. The location was perfect — within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was spotless, a great size, and gorgeous, and we loved all of the toiletries provided. The one and only downside was that the street could be quite loud at night, but we were on the second floor, so I imagine a higher-floor room may be quieter.
We truly can't recommend this hotel enough and are so grateful we found it. It was easily one of our favorite stays of the entire trip!

Great place to stay.
The Hotel Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious.
The bed was very comfortable.
The Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
We only stayed one night but we would definitely choose to stay there again.

On my last visit, I accidentally booked a room in the separate building. It was charming and perfectly comfortable, but not quite the experience I had expected. If it’s your first stay, I would definitely recommend booking a room in the main building, where the rooms are beautifully designed and really showcase the character of the hotel.
The staff are consistently excellent—professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming—which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. For me, it’s still the best place to stay in Bordeaux.
