The hotel was very nice and clean , pool was good , very comfortable sitting in the bar area . Also very easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants by just following the tram line . It’s only about a 10 minute walk and very easy with the water view

Comfortable.

Impeccable hotel for services: comfort of the spacious room, pool, bar, and restaurant. Very well located near the tram, restaurants, and bowling/karting. However, the soundproofing is as deplorable as a budget hotel, everything I do not want for a 4-star hotel. I can hear the guests above talking, shouting, running, and that stair door on the first floor creaks loudly enough to wake everyone up!!! Really unacceptable for this type of hotel.

Bettwanzen Alarm!

This is the worst Hotel ever. I know when you read it you wont believe. I was there beginning March 26 for 3 nights. On a business trip. Please know that the Hotel had bed bugs! I was biten during the night , woke up and saw them, also photographed it. Early next morning they gave me another room and apologize. That was it. Don't go there! If there are bed bugs in one room there are in another rooms too! So beware of it!

Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean and near the Stadium. Room was always cleaned every morning. Breakfast was lovely

Bof bof

Apart from breakfast (if you are not in a hurry) everything is to be reviewed!! Staff not present, unwelcoming and not really attentive (only request for shops in the neighborhood and room service). Room service indicated 24/7 non-existent (unreachable by internal phone, finally unavailable because nothing in stock so in bed without drinking or eating). Less than 10 channels picked up by TV and not stable. Uncleaned kettle. Very very disappointed for a room at almost 200 euros!!!
