Very good stay

Very good value for money considering the location.
Clean room, modern, nice decoration. Same goes for the breakfast room.
Breakfast with choice/price.
Welcome and answer to the nickel phone.
We had a great time with my daughter.
Ps: we were back side, there must be a bar, loud until midnight, then nickel.

You deserve better

The manager of the establishment should change his staff, some people are not made for hospitality. The reception, an important point to highlight your hotel which could be most comfortable. As for the cleaning, let's not even talk about it, a good vacuum cleaner for the carpets, a cloth for the dust... Do not neglect the maintenance of the stairwell, the first glimpse before entering the room. In short, poorly qualified cleaning lady!
The reception closing times are not respected, 10:15 AM or earlier instead of 11:00 AM as indicated at the entrance, however, if you arrive at 9:56 AM instead of 10:00 AM for breakfast, they kick you out, breakfast paid for but not served, not even a coffee... Time is time except for closing the reception, there, there are no more rules! In short, very bad experience. Everything is in the service!

Very good stay

Charming hotel with good services. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Satisfactory surface. Nice bedding. Breakfast with fresh produce and possibility of room service. Good advice provided for restaurants nearby.

DEPLORABLE

A FUÏRE!!
– disrespectful staff who insisted that I repay one night when I had shown my proof of debit and invoices. No message of apology when they then checked my honesty.
dirty room, cigarette smell when I come back in the evening...
Bathroom: door that does not close. A dim light in the room.
Poorly soundproofed.
-I am told that I have to change rooms between my two nights so I prepare my suitcase and when I arrive at the reception in the end no .. so lack of information and professionalism.
This is the first time I post a negative review because I don’t like doing this but here it was necessary to share my deplorable experience for future customers ...

Charming hotel ideal for business trip or tourist stay

Smiling welcome, charming hotel, great location in the center of Brest and quiet. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast room is very nice. Excellent value for money. Ideal address for a business trip as well as for a discovery of Brest and its surroundings.
