very comfortable hotel i love it

The last time i came to this hotel 2009 it was a hell hole, now i have heard there were recent changes to the hotel,and to my surprise i couldn't believe my eyes it was perfecto.It has the right atmosphere i wanted, also Privacy ,clean surrounding and very good customer service.I wish it could be my hide away spot for a very long time hehe. With your unbeatable prices you are number one for me the best! you other hotels out there, you better watch out i will always come to this hotel.keep up the good work i love you guys:).

Excellent hotel

Been to this hotel two years back and it's nothing comparing to now , great reception !! the receptionist was friendly , flat screen tv in the room i was very surprised because i wasn't expecting all of this for only 35 euros, comparing the all the formule 1 hotels we have been this is by far the best. Cheers!

Worst accommodation I've ever stayed in

We paid I think around £30 for one night's accommodation. I wouldn't pay £5 to stay there again. The room smelled of smoke and the bed linen was very dirty. The shared washing facilities were awful - 'self-cleaning' toilets were not clean at all and I didn't even want to try the showers, they looked so grimy. The check-in was fine but when it came to anything else the service was not good. We wanted help getting a taxi but the concierge was useless. Luckily some very friendly people who were staying in the neighbouring hotel agreed to give us a lift. I have stayed in cheaper places elsewhere (e.g. youth hostel in Geneva) which were far, far better.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

As a family we stay in budget hotels several times a year and this really was the worst I have come across in Europe. The hotel itself was modern and cleanly presented and help appeared to check us in following a phone call . The room however was tiny with no toilet or shower facilities and only the tiniest of washbasins in the corner. Only one towel was provided for a family of four and this measured about 16 inches square. The guests on our floor shared one toilet and one shower. In the toilet their was no washbasin, thus no soap either....most unhygenic.

Au secours

Fuyez vite
Nous avons réservé avec une amie et quel a été l’horreur de découvrir cet hôtel quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre une odeur immonde a faire vomir
Puis l’état des dessus de lits à faire peur tellement ils sont tachés, nous trouvons une bête morte dans les draps
L’état des douches et toilettes sont comme la chambre à fuir il n’y a pas d’autres mots
Après de multiples appel et mail poir demander un remboursement, on nous dit une remboursement en espèces donc nous venons le récupérer et le gérant qui ose nous dire merci de ne plus écrire d’avis négatif svp maintenant qu’on vous a remboursé une vrai blague cette hôtel…
