Pool was fantastic!
Breakfast was great, lots on offer.
Hotel was clean and quiet, beds comfortable, shower great and view from our room was amazing I loved it.
Location I thought was good, you need a car to get about

Average and disappointing experience
Curtains torn, dishwasher not emptied on arrival and never emptied for 7 days.
Towels very little changed.
Dust in the cabinet, damaged shelves. Power outlet out of the wall, bedside lamp not working, bedside table shaking.
Bad bed not done at all.
Reported problems at reception nothing was done to correct the problems.
Mail made to the hotel to express our dissatisfaction no commercial gesture wants to be made.
Be careful if you go to this hotel pay attention to the rooms.

Very disappointing New Year's Eve
What a disappointment!
Very average quality dishes and desserts whose description was very enticing and which made more than one tumble: everywhere around us the dessert plates left full!!! It wasn't even "average," just mediocre...
And officials who pretend to ignore the evidence of all these plates coming back full!
"Ah, right? Wasn't that good? It's weird" (don't you taste what you offer your customers?!?)
A failure can happen... but ostriching has never been an appropriate response...
Anyway, one first... and one last.
