Everything was great. But the shower curtain was missing; the room lights and TV need to be turned off manually if we leave the room; the disposable coffee cups look cheap for this hotel.

This was so far the worst stay at this property, the whole experience didn’t meet our expectations based on our previous stays, therefore this would be the last time we stay at this property.

Theft and no empathy or responsibility

Hotel to avoid. My wife had a precious jewel stolen from the SPA after entrusting it to the masseuse (Lola) Despite our reminders, the management plays dead. It's a shame for an establishment that claims to be upscale. If you care about your business, don't step into it.

Nous sommes navrés de lire votre déception.
Nous vous avons indiqué à votre épouse de contacter les autorités compétentes ce qui nous permettrait de déclencher l'assurance avec la facture du bijou. Mais nous avons obtenu la réponse suivante : "je ne vais pas porter plainte pour un bijou, par contre je vais m'occuper de vous sur les réseaux". Nous sommes donc dans une impasse.

DEPLORABLE HOTEL/SPA MONTAIGNE!!!

Hello,
I took the largest room for February 14, 2026 ( Valentine's Day) to celebrate with my companion.
Hey bin considering the price I charged I'm really disappointed! Already I had asked for a bed 2 places logical bah no we only had 2 beds in one place lol let's talk fridge!! I could only put four cans! The 2 bottles of champagne I had taken we ended up on the windowsill so champagne not really fresh! Hey the next day logical hangover....
We end up with the largest room where the heater works whenever he wants!? Besides I found in one of the cabinets a free standing convector it is the first time I see this in a hotel!! We decide to go to the SPA , but impossible because no tap or towel to get there!? I had to call the reception twice because they didn’t seem to be taking care of everything to bring us back! So Already we were too numerous!!! We don't know where to put our stuff!! It's a bit day to day....Moreover I stayed 3 days before to book our room as well as 2 massage sessions hey I'm informed that I could book the same day 2 massage sessions because we can not book in advance!? lol the same day impossible to book because more room!! I find this really unacceptable!! Finally leaving the SPA he was having a cold duck!! We decide my girlfriend and I to eat in the lobby of the hotel made available, so the surprise, 62 euros for 2 plates or we stayed hungry with 2 drinks all to eat 2/3 frozen thing! With a salad really we stayed on our hunger!! So we went to eat at the restaurant....
In the evening we decide to take a bath with Jacuzzi hey surprise! Lots of hair everywhere! We didn't have to clean the bathtub ourselves! The next day impossible to take a shower because the water was not hot enough!!
I am disgusted with this Hotel/SPA because they planted my Valentine's Day!! Besides I am still waiting for them to say famous commercial gesture so full of blah and finally I came across a reception where there are only Minots and who totally cares!! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS HOTEL/SPA!! I would have known I would be going elsewhere I am not about to set foot there again!!

Cher Monsieur,
L'intégralité de notre literie peut se décliner en 2 lits séparés ou en deux lits collés + surmatelas. Nous vous avons attribué ce dernier type de chambre.
Notre établissement ne propose pas de "frigo" dans les chambres mais des mini bars, destinés à recevoir exclusivement des boissons et à les garder au frais. Les mini bars nous sont imposés dans la réglementation 4* hôtel, les "frigos" sont imposés dans les résidences appartements.
Notre chauffage n'a subit aucune avarie de l'hiver et nous proposons des chauffages d'appoints pour nos clients plus frileux, ainsi que couettes et oreillers supplémentaires. L'été nous proposons climatisation + des ventilateurs.
Claquettes et serviettes sont à disposition dans votre chambre.
Le Spa se réserve bien évidemment en avance, nos plannings du weekend étant déjà complet plusieurs semaines en amont. Si un membre du personnel vous a indiqué le contraire j'en suis navré mais cela ne serait ans l'intérêt de personne de vous indiquer de fausses informations.
Toutes nos assiettes de snacking sont proposées à 18€. Si vous avez payé 62€, vous avez certainement du consommer des boissons également.
Nous ne vous avons pas proposé de geste commercial donc je suis navrée si vous étiez resté dans l'attente. Votre comportement durant votre séjour a peut être mis un frein à la patience et la bienveillance de "l'équipe de minots de la réception".

Double room two single beds

Hotel well placed but two double beds glued so for Valentine’s Day, it was not great. The spa was disappointing with a small full pool and no shower to wash before entering.

Chère Madame,
Je suis navrée de lire votre déception.
Nos chambres doubles sont effectivement composées de 2 lits simples zippés + surmatelas.
Durant la période de saint valentin, la piscine chauffée est effectivement très utilisée par les clients de nos 105 hébergements.
Les vestiaires à l'entrée de la piscine ont chacun une douche que vous pouvez utiliser avant d'accéder au spa.
J'espère avoir le plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau
