Excellent value

I did not meet the owner. She just sent a code to enter the property and the key was in the lock of the door's room.
The room is part of a building with several rooms to rent and a shared kitchen.
The room was big and confortable, with good lighting. WiFi worked well.
The kitchen was well prepared, with 2 small refrigerators, cutlery, etc...
The owner left milk, sugar, coffee and tea for our use.
It is located next door to a grocery.
Parking is in the street, but there was no problem to park.
Not fancy but excellent value.

Asked for help and they ignored us.

When we arrived, we has a problem with the celular phone, we could not read the mail with the code to get into the House.
We called to the Booking number, and the absolutely ignored us, they didnt helped us and we were abandonned at the street, trying to find the way to resolve our problem with the mail and the code.

A Happy Hideaway

GPS alert! Once you’ve found this small but well- proportioned hostelry you will be rewarded for the effort. Our room was spacious, the shared kitchen and garden are nice amenities and it’s location is only a modest walk from the center of the lower town.Your hosts are quite close if you need them. Best of all the extras is the epicerie next door where Proprietor Marc presides over a fine selection of cheese, charcuterie and wine.

Close to city centre

Spotlessly clean, lovely room with everything you need. Use of very clean kitchen with your own fridge and everything you need to cook a meal or snack. Breakfast cereal, a bottle of milk and jams provided. Store next door to buy cheeses, drinks, baguettes etc.
Very tastefully renovated space. Would stay here again.

Wonderful

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was absolutely wonderful . The hosts have done an amazing job in making you feel welcomed. The apartment itself is very well equipped , beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Whilst there is no private parking we never had an issue with finding a space close. Ideally situated to allow you to explore both the old and new towns of Carcassonne. If you are looking for a home base to explore this beautiful area then book here, I am sure during the summer months this apartment will be in high demand!
