A good stopover hotel

This hotel is definitely a travellers hotel, which we stayed in for one night. Comfortable and clean with lovely staff and excellent breakfast in an ideal location after a long, delayed train journey from London. Due to our late arrival the receptionist helped us sort our dinner, just across the road from the hotel.

Fortunately, the staff is friendly

2 nights in this hotel advertised as 4 stars: small rooms, stools as a bedside table, traces on skirting boards and walls, etc... I contacted the staff orally (very friendly anyway!) to explain my disappointment, I am changed room... for the same but with a decoration (there was none in the first room!!) and a balcony... in poor condition! Disappointed, I sent an explanatory and non-aggressive email dated March 9 with photos in support of the management and the hotel reception. This one was received by the recipients.... I told them not to necessarily want to give my opinion on the internet, but just to explain my disappointment. Having no answer, I conclude that the opinions of the customers are irrelevant. So it seems fair to say to potential future guests that if they choose this hotel, they may be disappointed! Very disappointed...

Great stay!

Hotel Five, very well located near the city center, train station, bus station, any restaurant and shops! The rooms are spacious, with balcony ( superior rooms), very good bedding and comfort. Very nice hotel, cleanliness and comfort! The staff of Hotel are very kind and kind, always nearby for information! Le Cinq, has parking and indoor pool, to spend fun moments! Various breakfast, tasting boards with good wines! Very very good stay..

No interest

In order to heat the kettle that does not work I contact the reception who tells me you just have to go down
A hotel that calls itself 4 stars must check its equipment in advance
Also by calling the reception at 8 o'clock they can change the kettle plate

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. I was assigned a quiet room but it was very noisy from the roof top bar next door. Ear plugs definately needed. Unfortunately the carpet in the bedroom did smell, they did provide a spray for the room. Good internet connection.
