A fantastic cozy little place in the centre of Chamonix!

We stayed at Blanc Neige 2 in January for 5 nights as a group of 3. The apartment was very compact but exactly what we needed. There was a double bed and a further pull out double with warm heating, hot showers and a cozy front room. The location was directly on one of chamonix shopping areas and walking distance to everywhere including the ski bus stop. The only downside was the wifi was not working but for how long we spent in the apartment this wasn't too much of an issue. If you are looking for a cozy, compact and very affordable for chamonix apartment, look know further! :)

Unfriendly service

We have a poor experience of unfriendly service with this company 1/ we arrived late aftermidnigh and no one picked emergency phone, so we were not able to find the keys to the apartment and have to find another place to stay, that was kind of complicated to do in the village. After complain to the property we received quite unfriendly feedback that this was owr problem and they will not refund for the first night (when we could not get in to the apartment) Be aware of that fact. 2/ Elevators were not working on the day of arrival, so we have to carry all bags and skis to the 2nd floor. It was not also working good, my friend got stuck there, so better not to use it. 3/ Television was not working

Utbm

Llegamos un domingo una semana antes de la utbm , al principio nos costo coger la llave ( porque esta com una caja fuerte pequeña al lado de la puerta ) cuesta un poco encontrar el punto para abrirla , al cabo de 1 hora podimos descobrir como abrir la puerta , al entrar el apartamento es bastante pequeño , limpio le falta una poco de mano porque havia bolas de polvo por el suelo y los respiradero el baño tambien estava bastante sucio . Bueno un punto a favor que esta super bien situado . Para repetir pero lo tendria q pensar .
