Not far from train station which was great. Breakfast was ok but staff didn’t restock items very much so need to be down early to get full choice.
Clean and tidy. Would use this place again.

BED BUGS!!!!

BED BUGS!!!! After several nights in this hotel, I noticed that I was itching but could not know where it came from. I finally discovered with horror that my bed was infested with bedbugs. Although I announced it at the front desk (who changed my room anyway), I did not have the impression that they intended to take any action once I left. As for the customer service, I am 4 reminders so that at least they refund the disinfection fees I had to pay once I arrived home, but so far I have not got any answer.

Points to improve

Positive points: room with mini kitchen and plenty of dishes; good area, with lots of transportation options; bathroom heating.
Negatives: the fact that they cancelled pre-authorization only after check-out; shower without door, only with a very small glass lock, which let the bathroom wet; bathroom without exhaustion; room cleaning only weekly; external access password stopped working on the penultimate daily.

Lack of basic customer service

My parents recently stayed at Adagio Access Clichy, and unfortunately their experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of one of the receptionists.
I want to stress that this review is not based solely on their account. I was personally on the phone with them at the exact moment of the incident, and I could clearly hear the receptionist’s rude, dismissive, and unprofessional tone.
What is even more concerning is that, after reading other reviews, it is evident that this issue has been reported repeatedly by many different guests. The same complaints about disrespectful reception staff appear over and over again, suggesting a systemic problem rather than a one-time mistake.
As this property belongs to the Accor Group, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward guests should be the bare minimum in any hospitality establishment.
I would strongly advise management to take these complaints seriously and invest in proper staff training. Until then, I would not recommend this property to travelers who expect to be treated with basic respect.

Correct room

The room was clean and spacious. Mine was clean, equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, placed street side and well insulated.
Uninteresting breakfast and unpleasant room staff, not worth 15th. Surprising welcome, the feeling of always disturbing.
