Very bad

I had booked on another site we preferred to go elsewhere because Nothing to do with the photos Inn and old room not very clean with an indefinable smell bed linen and bathroom not nickel edge of rotten wooden bathtub we learned that there was a prefectural order following hygiene at the restaurant which is closed but they still serve breakfast

Disappointing, horrible

Not to go, especially.
very dirty pillow in several bedrooms, stains on carpeted floor, dirty pillow, stains on office chairs, broken shower head support...
Large amount of insects on the arcade giving access to the access corridor to the rooms.
Bedroom 14: very strong odor of pipe in the hallway and in the bedroom, no crank for opening/closing the shutter
After all that we did not dare to go to the restaurant which provides an impressive amount of product.

Don't go there! Hygiene and comfort are definitely not there

One night stay, booked on Booking. A priori an old house recently taken over; but it is no longer at all a house of France. Internal and external common areas are poorly maintained. The smell in the corridors is unpleasant, the restaurant was closed without further explanation, no breakfast in the morning because the time given the day before and indicated on the brochure in the room was staggered by half an hour, again without giving any reason. In addition, the bed was stoned, we did not have blackout curtains or shutters, the wifi did not work, the remote control was broken so we did not use the TV. The bathroom filled with water during showers. We had to wipe it off with the towels. The tapestry was peeling off the walls. We asked for a double bed and the establishment was almost empty but we have two twin beds. In conclusion we slept badly (awakened by the light at 6am) and left empty because we had a schedule to respect. For 65€ it is shameful to offer a room in this state.

Dated by clean

Stayed for one night, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. It's a shame, the building requires redecoration and looks rather worn inside, like many French establishments it's probably struggling in the current economic climate. The staff were very friendly.

Concerning restaurant only: wonderful location, mediocre food

We had been here several years ago and had a truly excellent lunch. We came back to find that the hotel and restaurant have changed ownership, and the restaurant is no longer worth a stop. Several items on the small menu were unavailable, and the announced dishes were served with different garnishes than those proposed on the menu. Two of us ordered cod, one with green beans and the other with pasta, one of us ordered salmon with leek confit. All vegetables and fish arrived with turmeric sauce (in slightly different hues) with a mixture of overcooked broccoli and zucchini. The cod had clearly been frozen a few minutes before cooking. The chef looked as though he had seen better days and so did the food.
