Impeccable

We spent one night there, everything was clean and a very beautiful spacious room for 4.
Very well insulated from noise.
The only downside was that a bath mat was missing.
Otherwise nothing to say, I would go back without any worries

️ The House
Cleanliness: The positive point is the cleanliness of the room, considered sufficient for a family (2 adults and 1 child).
Acoustic comfort: The environment is generally calm, despite a persistent "blowing" noise.
Bathroom: Very basic and not very ergonomic. Showering is criticized because it requires straddling a high ledge, like a bathtub, which lacks functionality.
Breakfast
Level of Benefit: Very basic (strictly 2 stars).
Organization: A glaring lack of control (no one checks room numbers), which gives the impression that anyone can enter.
Service and Replenishment: Disappointing. Even arriving 30 minutes before the end (10:00 to 10:30), basic products such as milk are missing and must be claimed every day.
Hotel and Service
Welcome: Deemed very average. Friday staff seemed eager to finish their day, offering a "shipped" reception.
Departure management: A notable lack of professionalism for the start. Although the room must be vacated by 12:00, the reception was closed at that time. Fortunately the payment was made on arrival.
In summary: An establishment that performs its primary function of cleanliness but which disappoints with its lack of service, its expeditious welcome and its impractical facilities.

Run from this hotel!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception was closed, and communication was via an intercom... The first room we were given was not ready: wide open window, unmade bed, dirty bathroom... We did not even know if it was still occupied, and there was not even an extra bed for our infant as we had requested.
We were then offered a second room, but it smelled very strongly of cigarettes, which is totally unsuitable, especially for an infant. Finally, we were given a third bedroom: this time there were bedbugs!!
We had to leave the hotel at 2am, totally exhausted and shocked.

TO ESCAPE

I share with you my experience at the B&B creil hotel.
Following my reservation for one night in your property on 28/06/25, I allow myself to make a reservation and request a refund given the degree of comfort of the room... I could not sleep the bed was uncomfortable the big board plate that served as a bed base kept creaking with every movement of the body which prevented me to close my eyes. People who use the parking as a discotheque while my room number 11 overlooks this parking. At 5am it was too much I decided to leave the room to finish my night in the car and away from your establishment; I wish to be refunded.
The hotel's response:
Hello,
Unfortunately for the discomfort of the box spring, this argument is not an argument that would allow us to refund you.
As for the embarrassment and noise that it is taking place in the parking lot our security team is in charge of maintenance and calm.

Establishment to flee.

No welcome, no courtesy.
Drinking machine broke down throughout the stay.
Noisy night (couple arguing, young guests talking loudly at 2am).
Throwing a pack of cake from a third floor window landing in the parking lot.
Smell of cannabis in the corridors on the last night
Location of the hotel a creil and not chantilly
I'll probably never come back to it again.
