A wonderful stay

We arrived in glorious weather and parked easily in the attached underground public car park (€16 per night). We were welcomed by Disha at reception & informed our room had been upgraded. The suite was delightful with an expansive outdoor area with lake views. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the executive lounge every evening of our stay. This was very relaxing where we could enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and some snacks on the outside terrace, also with lake views. Breakfast was very nice, especially the breads, cheeses and pastries. We used the outdoor pool, a nice area with sun beds and towels available. The area is very close to the source Cachât to drink Evian water and refill bottles. We did not dine in the hotel as there were many local restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed. We found all the staff pleasant, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four and it was wonderful. We had a view of Lake Geneva and the room and bathroom were extremely spacious.
On arrival we were greeted by the porter who was very welcoming and guided us on where to park and swiftly took our luggage to our room, which was ready early. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were also always very helpful and polite. We were able to use the indoor pool with the children at certain times.
The restaurant, whilst expensive, was superb. Very relaxed atmosphere with very good service and the meals were to a very good standard.
Whilst parking is chargeable, it is very convenient. Maybe guests could receive a reduced rate for the parking through an arrangement of some sort?
We enjoyed playing pool a lot.
Easy walking distance to many areas within Evians les Bains.
Whilst there, the hotel manager Lucas came and had a chat with us to understand how we were finding our stay. As the hotel has recently been acquired by Leonardo (previously Hilton) he is working on enhancements. He eluded to the fact they are wanting to enhance the decor and offerings even more whilst keeping it good value, it sounded very promising.

Room with a view to the lake had no view to the lake (just a tiny glance from the first floor). Hotel was fully booked. Staff was very nice but they had nothing to do about it so left feeling like I laid an extra $100 for nothing

Overnight stop in Lake Geneva

We made an overnight stop at this hotel on our way to Italy from Belgium. The hotel was easy to find with a parking garage just under the hotel (although separate from the hotel). We had booked a junior suite with a lake view. The room was quite large and a nice view from the balcony. The hotel was fully booked and quite busy. We had arrived early for breakfast and since was a beautiful morning we were able to take breakfast outside, very nice.

What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. We look forward to staying here again one day.
