The woman at the réception was so so nice I think here name is marie but I am not sure . She is really really Nice

The room was so tight we had little room to move around beds and luggage. Shower faucet was coming off the wall and we had no toilet paper or soap for washing hands. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. Walls very thin so could hear everything.

Upon arrival, we had to check in outdoors in the rain via a machine. Staff were there but refused to help. Reception is closed for many hours of the day. Toilet flush button fell off. There's a Mecure hotel just next door, go there instead.

When money goes before the Human

ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED
Suite has an error on our part we booked in this hotel instead of the Hotel Kyriad Prestige Paris Asnieres.
I therefore immediately requested a full refund at the hotel after booking
Refund refuse, the person knows nothing but "cordially refuse"
At some point if I ask for a refund 2 days in advance I fully understand I should have taken the insurance, but 7 days in advance having realized the request 1 hour after making the reservation I find its scandalous.
They blame the refund policy but we all know, the hotel can refund you at any time and I invite you to call other kyriad hotel as I did to find out whether or not they can do it and all will answer you yes.
When money goes through with humans, it gives you that!
Result vacation wasted and I often client of the kyriads prestiges I no longer had a foot there

Air conditioning ok. There are several restaurants in Gaillard 5-6 minutes walk. Shops in Ambilly or Gaillard 15 min's walk. Room was a bit too small with no tea or coffee making facilities - those are my only real complaints, apart fro reception which closes at 20:00 which is too early.
