City Centre Comfort

Comfortable city centre hotel, next to the railway station. Friendly, multilingual staff, good food and bar, recently refurbished and has the kost amazing cheese display!

The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?

The building is central to the local transportation. Many options for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The room did not cool below 66 F, so I was quite warm and would recommend packing a small fan.

The air con in our room didn’t work so it was very hot and stuffy making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The hotel itself is a little dated. Breakfast was ok but limited selection for such a large hotel. Convenient for the train station though.

Very good value for money... when you have a discount.

I booked well in advance and paid 130€ for about 3 people, breakfast included.
The bedding is excellent. The rooms were recently renovated.
The breakfast buffet is full and varied. Suitable for many special diets (including gluten-free).
Without discount, breakfast is almost 20€...
