Underwhelming

We wanted to like this hotel but ultimately found it underwhelming. The positives: nice location on the Giens Peninsula (near the beach and a short drive to the beautiful town of Hyères); the hotel's decor gives cool beach club vibes; and the restaurant staff were very nice. The not-so-good: they don't replenish drinking water in the rooms (in fact we were chased after check-out for an additional €3 for water); they only offer cheap instant coffee in the rooms; the breakfast ran out of croissants (in France?!) and they never got our order for eggs correct; unfortunately, the quality of food at the restaurant was mediocre overall; and cleaning around the hotel needs to be improved (the pool furniture was always sticky). When we asked to use the hotel bicycles, it was an additional €20 per bike for a half day. Overall, the hotel is simply not operating at the standard they are charging guests for.

Great Hotel! The staff is lovely and helpful. The hotel is intimate, and the atmosphere is zen with a Bali decor.
Very close to the most beautiful beaches in the region and the island of Porquerolles.
I am delighted. Thank you to the entire hotel team.

A very good moment

We came to dinner last night with my partner and everything was perfect: welcome, service, dishes, decor, atmosphere: a very nice address! I recommend it!

A magical place

The country setting, the warm Welcoming and the great professionalism of the staff deserve a compliment! High quality food; Service, choice and quality of dishes , wine list and cocktails , everything is perfect! Thank you to the young owners for transforming this establishment into a magical place, rare in the region!
