Rejuvenating

Natural, resting a campsite that fits perfectly into the surrounding nature. Perfect lodges for stays with friends or family, children will love the boat, the tepee, the hanging hut, the flying saucer. With the lake right in front, we had a very pleasant time in this welcoming place.

Una baracca da 140€ a notte in un campeggio.

Per 140€/notte una baracca di legno con dimensioni 2,50m x 3m in cui hanno piazzato un letto matrimoniale alla francese, con una altezza Max di 2m nel punto più alto e 1,50 in quello più basso praticamente quasi tutto occupato dal letto, un bagno esterno con doccia ma con uno spazio, esclusa doccia, da 1m x 2. Per cambiarsi l’unico spazio era esterno… insomma anche solo per dormire era un incubo. Senza considerare che come lenzuola c’erano le lenzuola usa e getta in fibra plastica… SCONSIGLIO! P.s.: il Wi-Fi gratuito? No! a pagamento, Il Bar? Si, se vuoi una birra o un caffè per il resto inesistente.

Shameful behaviour, theft no more or less

Owner in very bad faith and taking advantage of people's misfortune to make money on their backs! We had to cancel our reservation due to the emergency hospitalization of my spouse, of course unplanned. Everything was paid, overnight stays, breakfasts, tourist taxes, fixed application fees and booking fees! No refund possible according to this person. This is a shame and a nice scam because breakfasts, taxes and miscellaneous fees were not really lost. Not to mention that our overnight stays may even have been resold a second time! What a lack of empathy, of respect, it is nothing more or less theft. Individuals and administration, at your guard...

Campsite not secure (gate always open), no help in case of incident despite our calls. Unpleasant and inefficient staff. Night charged while we had to leave for our safety. Surety held illegally. Don't.

Shameful behavior of the boss, with several customers + employees

I agree with zaza2106.
The same thing happened to us worse.
On arrival, the boss charges us 10€ extra under the pretext that finally the babies will take a shower and waste water.
We pay without saying anything... While the 10€ was asked us limit on the tone of the rant..
Accommodation is supposed to be ready from 3pm.
We'll be there at 3:15.
No cleaning.
We wait until 4:15 pm to access our rental while we have 2 babies, diapers to change + snack time + want to enjoy the end of afternoon at the lake.
I come back to the Welcoming to complain (and again... with a smile... timidly...) that we have been waiting for half an hour now when we have babies and we are supposed to collect the accommodation at 3pm as noted on his front door of the reception... I negotiate so but 10 € in compensation for this endless wait.
And then........... No apology from him... She says, "Well, that's how it is!"
Obviously refuses to refund me the 10€ in commercial gesture. Gets mad telling me that she is paying me back in full and that I will go elsewhere!!!!! With our babies..........
This behavior is a shame!
Also, speak very badly to employees and this, in front of customers!!
The rest of the staff is ok, it's only the boss I'm targeting.
