Beautiful vacation
It is large, everyone finds their place there, well appointed, a little dark because it is on the ground floor. The ski service staff on site are really friendly and helpful in helping us as well as the concierge. Its great location a few minutes from the main street where there is a nursery, ski lessons, ski lift and cabin. And the resort is very pretty all the chalets are made of wood.
We had a great week

Would not book again!
Why only two stars!!?
There were 7 of us staying in a four bed apartment 3 couples and one single relative. We were only allowed two key fobs!! A key fob was needed to access the lift to the room, the spa, the room itself and the garage. Which meant that if say three of us went to the spa and one left early we had to go outside in our spa gear to reseption to ask to be let in. Felt like a naughty kid at school. Every time we went out we had to try and work out how to get back in or move about the place. We either had to phone to see if anyone was in the apartment to let us in, go to reception to see if there was a key left by another guest and if not had be escorted by a member of staff to be let in. 7 people should have a key fob each.
This totally ruined our experience at Annapurna and would not book again. The staff were very nice and helpful. If I'm paying over £5000 for a week, I like to come and go as I please.

Swimming pool was too cold.
Fantastic ski shop service. Lovely accommodation. Very clean and great log burner but no equipment provided. Made it interesting!
