Disappointed: the cleanliness leaves something to be desired...
- Good location near the Grand'Place.
- Parking space in a secure underground.
- Quiet and secure place.
Comfortable bedding.
- Bed linen and shower towels provided.
Cons:
- The cleanliness really leaves to be desired (especially considering the price of the apartment'): very present dust (headboard, lamps, furniture, TV,...) + brush for the toilet very dirty + bristles and stains in the drawers of the bathroom + very dirty toaster (I would not have dared put a toaster in it)..
- Smoke detector that is not hung on the ceiling and without batteries!!
- Apartment said "no smoking" but strong smell of cigarettes and holes of cigarettes in the couch.
-It was very cold in the apartment' (fortunately it did not freeze outside): electric heaters do not allow to heat the apartment' and we are asked not to put them at more than 19.5 ° otherwise we risk paying an excess in case of overconsumption ..
Small works are necessary.
