Hotel very good

Very decent hotel, well located, professional and friendly welcome. Clean room. Adjustable air conditioning. Good insulation. Comfortable bedding.. hearty sweet and savoury breakfast. Access to the coffee machine is available all day.

Very nice place to stay

Decent sized room and nice modern bathroom with everything you need. Tiny toilet and strange lift just added to the cool factor. Breakfast also well worth including. People really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel on top

Everything was perfect. The people who are at the front desk are very friendly and give us information on visits to do as well as good culinary addresses and shops distributing Lyon specialties.

Variable

Already several visits to this hotel, and it is very variable.
The welcome is always very nice, the rooms is the lottery, and for breakfast it depends on the motivation of the staff...sometimes there is just coffee bread and you have to claim butter...sometimes it is super varied and appetizing!!.
During our last stay our first night was on rue de l’Université and seeing that the air conditioning mid October is already in heating mode we wanted to open the window... impossible to sleep!! The noise is continuous all night.
Fortunately the lady of the reception immediately offered us a room courtyard side for our second night, is there nothing to see, we slept very well especially as the bedding is very nice.
Too bad that on the hotel website they sell air-conditioned rooms when already in October they are blocked in heating mode!! While it was still 25 degrees outside...
I enjoy sleeping in the cold even in January and should have the opportunity to choose!
This is a lack of information, and it certainly concerns all the hotels of the ACCOR group in Lyon.
