Very welcoming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Great restaurant and an excellent breakfast. It's now on my list of French favourites.

Lovely but simple hotel in the country

I picked this hotel due to its geographic position on my way from Calais to Savoie. I was not disappointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was simple but good and the choice of food at the evening meal was very good. The patron was very attentive and the next day for breakfast and departure his wife was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come again.
Park on the gravelly bit next to the hotel which looks like a 'pavement'.

Restaurant: good. Pension: fair.

The welcome is very friendly. The service is attentive. At the restaurant the dishes are hearty and of good quality.
As for the Pension, what a disappointment! "Double" but small room, bathroom with minimalist equipment and comfort: a single bottle of shower gel for 2 people, the water finally warm after 5 minutes (you do not waste your time in the shower but you do not save water for it.
Breakfasts are decent, pastries are in sufficient quantity, but you have to look for homemade jam at the bottom of the pots.
In addition, contrary to what is advertised on the internet information and on the Guide "Logis" the private parking establishment. Parking is on the sidewalks around.
In the end a disappointing stay

Excellent stay

We came from the south one weekend for a wedding on Longpont.
Manu and Sabine received us very well, very smiling, very welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and breakfast is plentiful.
Awards are very affordable.
I highly recommend it.

Disappointed despite a good start

We came to celebrate our birthday, the meal started well with good and rather generous starters and main courses. When dessert arrived, I was no longer hungry so I asked to take it away. One of the servers takes my plate and puts my dessert (a small sweet tart) in a pizza box. It’s then the manager who brings me the box and tells us that we will have to pay 30 cents more for the box because I quote “if I give 5-6 each evening that’s one less aperitif”. We found this very inappropriate, especially since we got it for more than €100 for two people. These are not things that are said. In this case, increase the price of the menu by 50 cents (a menu which is already very high for the quality of the meal and the service) but do not make this type of remark which has no reason to be made. I'm not sure we'll come back.
