A wonderful stay and lovely accommodating staff taking care of me with nice breakfasts and secure storage for my bike. Would stay again.

Awful

To add on to my last review just to make people aware DO NOT STAY HERE. I went down for breakfast and put an egg in the machine to cook when I went to get it he said breakfast finned and o could not have egg. Left breakfast and told him how unhappy I was he tried to grab my arm and then tried to take my key off me so had no way of getting to my things. Very sad last morning. I had a nice trip apart from this hotel as I said Do Not stay here

Disappointing quality of service.

Negative experience that begins as soon as we arrive where we find the manager arguing with a client because of a suffocating room, without air conditioning or even a fan. At the end of our stay, we ask for an invoice to benefit from the subsidy from our company. We get an invoice written by hand on a piece of paper deemed unprofessional and refused by our works council. I phone the manager to get a computer edited invoice. He replies that it is impossible and tries to make me believe that it takes a special software of 2000€ to print invoices in which he does not want to invest. I then ask him a simple detailed billing email but he gets angry and hangs up on me! The only hotel, so-called 2 stars, unable to print a bill worthy of the name. A manager as deaf as his rooms are poorly soundproofed making his hotel the shame of the trade! To flee to avoid any problems!

Given that the hotel was close to the religious sanctuary i was very suprised at the price it was very reasonable . Staff were very pleasant, rooms clean , bedding immaculate white sheets and comfy bed . No air con but the fans are very effective in keeping you cool and the hotel does state no aircon . The only 1 thing that bothered me was i could not see a smoke alarm.in the room . There was a smoke alarm in the hallway near to our door but couldn't see one actually in the room , maybe i was looking in wrong place but apart from that worth the money

Comfortable beds. Nice balcony area, which was beautiful in the morning mist. Very hot room, as there was no air conditioner and that made it hard to sleep. If you can sleep in the heat, than a nice place!
