first successful experience a guest house

First experience in bed and breakfast with luck since we benefited from a last minute withdrawal... and in addition, we were able to rent the studio, which allows not to make all his meals outside but to enjoy the terrace area available for us.
Well, we are now open, depending on the circumstances, to that possibility.
The Owner is very nice and available ....not to mention its remarkable responsiveness that brings you a deckchair in 20 minutes chrono!!!!!!
The studio......how to say......if I had done the decor myself, it would be that.....more in real quality!!!...a bedding....a real pleasure, everything you need to cook....a really nice heated pool.
This location allows gravitation throughout the region, and thanks to the good advice of our host, we spent a delicious time on Ile Madame, and in a restaurant in La Cayenne.
We had a great stay that extended our vacation.....

Great location, good base

Comfortable and modern furnished room. Nice swimming pool that we only used once due to the cool weather. Well located for excursions and cycling trips in the surrounding area. Quietly located in a residential area. Friendly welcome. Breakfast not extensive but decent.

Accueillis par un passionné de sa région

Nous avons découvert la Charente Maritime cet été et ça a été un coup de cœur. Frederic, qui nous accueillait à la Laubertiere, est un vrai passionné, qui vous donnera les meilleurs plans, et vous conseillera à merveille sur les choses à faire dans le coin, il les connaît tous.
Son jardin est un havre de paix, avec une piscine chaude et bien conçue. Les chambre est confortable, et ses petits déjeuner délicieux. Comme ailleurs en France, on aurait aimé avoir une touche salée et protéinée, mais vous aurez le petit dej à la française, avec croissants, baguette, confiture, et toujours un gâteau fait maison, toujours succulent.
On y retournera.
