A truly unforgettable experience in a breathtaking setting! We were absolutely charmed by both the venue and the exceptional service. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Everything is perfect

We stayed at the Alex hotel for one night and we are delighted! The room was very clean and quiet, the air conditioning very appreciated with the current heat. The bedding was excellent and the breakfast just as good. We will certainly return to this beautiful, very well-located hotel!

Hidden jewel directly across the street from the train station. It was HOT outside but our rooms were cold! Very very clean and well kept. The front staff are excellent and kind. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Money, money, money and no customer service

Whilst this may be a nice looking hotel if you're looking for service forget it. Had an issue with the booking on Expedia and they were not interested - just wanted the money from the duplicate booking. Curt (being kind) response.
Avoid..........

Great location across the street from Gare St Charles though difficult to find on arrival from train station.
Walking distance to Vieux Oort, good restaurants, cafes, marseille sights.
