Uninhabitable: smells like sewer, stained sheets and pillows, dirt everywhere. Dishonest host. AVOID!
PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED:
_Door found OPEN on arrival.
_STRONG SEWER SMELL throughout the apartment.
Dirty floors in all rooms.
Dirty towels.
_Bed pillows and stained sheets.
Unacceptable hygienic conditions.
I documented everything with photos and contacted the owner immediately via WhatsApp. He acknowledged the problem but offered NO solutions. Impossible to sleep, I had to leave after 35 minutes.
DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR:
_He lied to Booking about not being informed.
_Refuses to refund despite knowing that I have NOT used the Service.
_No longer responding to messages.
I lost the booking money + had to pay another hotel overnight. AVOID ABSOLUTELY.
