Very bad spa experience
Very disappointed by the Spa service. When we arrived, we were not expected for the spa. The person at the front desk had to run turn on the sauna and jacuzzi, which wasted us about 15 minutes. Then the sauna was not hot, so another 15 minutes wait.
Cold sensory showers do not work, and some cabins are degraded. In the hot tub, several nozzles pulled out once inside, and only half were operating with bubbles. Worse still, the screen indicated that water maintenance had not been done for more than 11 days, which is very worrying for a wellness area.
The massage was fine, but performed by an external provider. The masseur himself left a voice message to the manager in our presence to request a commercial solution. We were told she would come back to us, which she never did.
Total lack of organization, faulty equipment and no consideration for customers. Not serious at all.
