Belonging clean and comfortable in great location to visit Colmar and Strasbourg and nearby villages

Avoid at all costs! A nightmare for tour groups

Our travel agency booked this place for a 1-night stay for a tour group of 35 people, marketing it as a 3-star hotel. Calling this a "hotel" is impossible. Even for an aparthotel, the rooms are incredibly small. There is no mini-fridge, no air conditioning, and no hairdryer. The bathrooms are tiny and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a reception area that is barely 2 square meters.
To make matters worse, we were instructed to carry our own room trash down to the -1 floor when checking out—which feels like a bad joke. The reception closes at 7:00 PM; if you go out after that, you have to use a code to get back in. As for the breakfast, it was practically non-existent ("breakfast exists on paper, but not in reality").
If you are joining a Benelux or Alsace tour from Turkey, please beware! Travel agencies frequently use this place for the Alsace region, but it is incredibly far from everything.
This place is so bad that I cannot recommend it to anyone. It is a completely amateur operation and far below 3-star standards.

Compared to the surroundings and the view, the hotel's interior quality is low.

The reception area is very small. Everything is rule-bound (you even have to take out your own trash). Breakfast is inadequate. The location is far from the city. There were a lot of mosquitoes in May. There are no slippers in the rooms. There is no hairdryer. The surroundings are beautiful, but the hotel's interior quality is insufficient.

4 days experience at the end of November to discover Alsace and Christmas markets.
Ideal location to navigate right to left.
Very well maintained. Warm and attentive welcome.
Buffet sweet and savoury breakfast, with no false notes.
A real pleasure. We'll be back!

Wasn’t planning on late check in but we did as hotel called us and they said they would email the details to enter and self check in, it was very easy to do.
The room was great everything needed we had and very clean.
In and around the hotel places to walk, eat and drink, quiet and not far from the station 15 minute walk.
