The hotel was beautiful with great air conditioning. It was in a wonderful location close to shopping and old Nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a slightly larger room with a balcony. Our adult kids’ rooms were a little snugger. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect for walks to old Nice.

This hotel is disgusting
Do not stay in this hotel - it is truly disgraceful.
After having a flight cancelled we needed to find a hotel in Nice for one night on one of the busiest nights of the year - there were very few alternatives and we booked this one based upon past reviews and images online
It looks nothing like the images on booking websites - it is tired, dirty and the staff are very unprofessional.
We arrived to a desk with a person slumped in the chair behind who did not appear to care we had turned up in the hotel
We were early so left our bags with reception and popped to the toilet before heading into Nice.
What an absolute disgrace - the toilet was covered in excrement and the seat was disgusting. I told them at reception so they could deal with it but if this is how they keep their communal facilities we did not want to look any further
We found an alternative hotel and returned to collect our bags. I checked the toilet again and it was little better after being cleaned

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

Gary the front desk guy was amazing. Super helpful. The croissants in front his place are to die for. Rooms are quite comfy and the location very central.
