Excellent

Hotel located a stone's throw from the train station. Air-conditioned room on the 5th floor, spacious with a bathtub (the best), Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Breakfast at an extra charge for approx. €15.

Great location and nice staff but the place is dated and tired. This also means it doesn’t look very clean. It’s quite at night but you hear your neighbours through the walls. It’s ok value for money. I recently stayed at Campanile in Limoges which was amazing and really good value compared to Orleans.

Run for pity's sake, do not book here

Run for pity's sake, it is truly horrible, it is so dirty, mold everywhere, hair everywhere, a horrible and unbreathable smell, it smelled of mold and staleness, you can tell the room has not been opened or cleaned in a long time, there were spiders, 2 big ones, there were boxers from a previous traveler on the floor, I slept with the windows open to be able to breathe, I am sick from it, ventilation noise, impossible to sleep, please do not book here

AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE

Location is great! In the middle of the city center. But that’s the only nice thing i can tell about it.
The rooms are absolutely grose. Mold at different places, marks on the carpet , hairs on the bed sheets, absolutely noisy rooms can i go on?
Besides of that we we’re travelling with a baby and wanted to stop here for 1 night. But because of the summer we wanted a AC. On the site they say a AC is included, but there was only a AC to feel and see at the welcome. They had vans in the rooms(old ones). They where extremely noisy and dusty so i wanted to check if there where other options but there isn’t.
So not even 1 star for this hotel. Really unfortunate for a hotel at this destination.

A furnace to avoid!!!

Arriving in a group (eight rooms) during the peak of the heatwave, we were bitterly disappointed to find that this establishment is not air-conditioned! No prior information, nor any commercial gesture (such as a bottle of water). Very average breakfast and an old building that is poorly soundproofed (noisy floors at night). Look elsewhere and choose another establishment.
