Room was so much better than we expected as it was a suite with 2 bedrooms rather than 4 beds in one. Made our stay much better. Location was brilliant for walking into the city. Staff were incredibly helpful, letting us put things in the freezer overnight. We only stayed one night to break up a journey south but would definitely recommend.

Madame, Monsieur,
Votre réservation via Booking.com était prévue du 11 au 12, avec une arrivée indiquée à partir de 15h. Vous vous êtes présenté dans la nuit du 10 au 11 à 2h, soit avant le début de votre séjour.
Notre établissement ne dispose pas d’une réception ouverte 24h/24 ; les arrivées se font entre 15h et 22h30, comme précisé lors de la réservation. Nous attendions donc votre arrivée le lendemain à partir de 15h.
L’hôtel ne peut être tenu responsable d’une erreur de date ni d’une arrivée en dehors des horaires communiqués.
Nous regrettons néanmoins la situation rencontrée.

No air con in the room, breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate everyone together

Good, but the TV is a major downside for me

As I travel a lot and can no longer stand the ads on TV, I have an Amazon Fire Stick that I plug behind the TV to watch series on my various apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, etc.), but I couldn't use it because I couldn't change the source of the TV as it is a "smart TV" and restricted by the hotel. They offer to cast from our phone, but it doesn't work (except for Disney+). I would prefer to have a small TV that is less flashy and be free...
Otherwise, the stay went well, but for me, hotels where the TVs are blocked are a dealbreaker; I would choose another hotel next time in Orléans.

Good hotel and helpful staff

Good hotel, nice and clean and Thamara was very helpful regarding our late arrival to the hotel. Good location as well.
