A very pleasant stay

A very high-quality hotel & spa.
The welcome is very warm and you are escorted to your room. The latter is very spacious, consisting of two rooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The setting is simple but warm.
The spa is relatively large, very well maintained, and consists of 3 pools and numerous saunas with varied atmospheres. The two steam rooms are, however, small and often full.
Breakfast is a buffet with the option of made-to-order omelets. It is simply excellent with high-quality, fresh, and varied products.

Near perfect holiday!

We have stayed here for 9 days during the summer with the two of us. We stayed in a suite de luxe with breakfast and diner included.
Our stay was great. The suite was perfect. Good bed, very good airco, very spacious, clean, well equipped. All the staff was very kind and helpful. They clearly have a good atmosphere among the whole team.
The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have seen in a long time. Lots of healthy choices with for example a wide range of ’super foods’. Only thing we missed was a plant based alternative for the yogurt.
Dinner was also very nice. We had a 3 course dinner every day. Well cooked, typical French cuisine. The vegetarian menu could use some more attention. It lacked protein and creativity.
For lunch we miss the opportunity for an easy sandwich or salad. The restaurant serves a 3 course lunch and the room service does serve cheese or ham sandwiches, but these are way too expensive with 17 euros for two small buns with some cheese/ham and a leave of salad.
We had a lovely massage and ‘evasion bien etre’(wellness escape). Unfortunately we did not make real use of the spa, because of the heat wave. The pool and garden are lovely and quiet.
The surroundings are perfect for quiet hiking, cycling, wine tasting and beautiful old villages without overcrowding by tourists.
Overall we had a pretty perfect holiday and will certainly be back.

Relaxation and warmth, 4 days to remember

This property, located in the charming village of Ottrott a few kilometers from Obernai on the splendid wine route, made us feel like royalty, especially regarding the hospitality and attention to detail. We spent four nights and took advantage of the half-board option. The breakfast is very rich and of high quality due to the products offered, even fruit and vegetable juices. The bread, the assortment of seeds, herbal teas, and savory items were exceptional. The dinner was of the highest quality, not only for the service but for the use of local raw materials. The large, charming rooms are equipped with every comfort, with beautiful lighting, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Only the hair dryer seems a bit dated. The cleanliness of the property, the spa and pool services, and the bar were also excellent. A commendation to the owners, Ernest and Sabine, who are always present at the property and welcome guests with their kindness. All the staff showed courtesy, helpfulness, and attention toward us. Thanks in particular to Carmen and Nadia and to the entire staff, most of whom even speak Italian. 10 out of 10

Wonderful stay.

Very beautiful hotel, this is the 4th time we have stayed there. Everything was perfect.
The meal was sublime, made with local products, breakfast the same with homemade jam ♥️
The staff is very, very kind, nice, courteous, and attentive to the customer.
There is nothing more to say, we will be back.

Weekday stay, very well-equipped spa, top-notch outdoor pool.
The rooms are spacious and very well equipped.
Very pleasant staff.
Very good dinner and gargantuan breakfasts.
Prefer weekday stays.
