Outstanding Service in a Convenient Location, but Rooms Are Very Small
The main drawback was the room size. The rooms are relatively small and felt quite crowded for three people, so they may be better suited to solo travelers or couples. The elevator is also extremely small, with barely enough space for one person and luggage.
Overall, the service was beyond great and made the stay enjoyable, but the limited room space is important to consider, especially when travelling as a family.

We are sorry, however, to read that several aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations.
Regarding the room size and the shower configuration, we completely understand that an open shower design within the room is not to everyone's taste. We would like to reassure you that not all of our rooms are configured this way, and we would be more than happy to guide you towards the most suitable option for your next visit
Concerning the electrical outlets, we hear you and we are glad to share that additional sockets are already part of our upcoming improvement works.
As for the air conditioning, the system can actually be adjusted directly from the room, as well as from the front desk should you need any assistance.
