Comfortable.

Pretty good! It's good that there is a restaurant, bar, pool, and sauna and everything is easy to access, no need to book in advance. The idea of the water fountain on the floors is great!
Points to improve: the showers overflow easily and the breakfast leaves something to be desired, both the content and the presentation. We know that hotels of this type have very limited breakfast service, but it is good to innovate and come up with original ideas.

Very disappointed, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

We went for a relaxing weekend. Mediocre room with a ridiculous 55-inch bed for 2. And the worst part is the 20-euro breakfast where there is nothing, no choice of yogurt, a fruit salad not worthy of a 4-star hotel, and nothing is kept cold, everything is just placed on a table. Server was not friendly. No hello, no smile, and the tables were dirty. And barely had the last bite of scrambled eggs been swallowed when the server came to clear the plates. The only good point is the spa, but we couldn't go into the sauna because a man had urinated in it, so we had to endure the unpleasant odors, and we didn't stay long. And to top it all off, we had to point out to the receptionist that we lived in Paris so we wouldn't have to pay the tourist tax. Which benefited another client. Train your staff better!!!!

nice hotel, substandard and inferior breakfast

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful pool and spa.
But very substandard breakfast. At 9.30 am the buffet is half empty, the scrambled eggs are almost up and cold and there is only baguette of substandard quality. When asked if there is also other bread available, no effort is even made to take a look. Service and service are below standard.

Bloom House Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel, specifically with how a serious food safety concern was handled.
We were served a burger that was raw in the middle. This wasn’t a matter of preference—it was visibly undercooked. Unfortunately, we had already eaten about half of it before realizing it was raw, which made the situation even more concerning.
When we politely brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or showing any concern for our health, the employee immediately became defensive and dismissive. She told us that “that’s how they cook burgers in Paris” and that it was “a Parisian thing.” While some restaurants may serve burgers cooked rare if requested, that does not excuse serving an undercooked burger without warning or responding so unprofessionally when a guest raises a legitimate food safety concern.
What upset us even more was her attitude. She implied that I was only bringing it up to cause trouble rather than because I was genuinely concerned after already eating half of a raw burger. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she made me feel like I was being accused of creating a problem.
The interaction also left us feeling singled out and uncomfortable. The way we were treated came across as disrespectful and, from our perspective, felt discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, it made an already upsetting experience much worse.
Mistakes can happen in any hotel or restaurant. What matters is how staff respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism we experienced was unacceptable. I hope management takes this review seriously and provides better training on both food safety and customer service.

Getaway to Paris.

Hotel just a few minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord.
A warm welcome.
The rooms are nicely decorated.
The spa is very good.
We really enjoyed the restaurant as well as the service.
