During this stay ( not are first time) I add a little incident involving me bleeding out from my nose and they didn’t help, not with information on where to go and no help on calling a transport. I add to take care of everything. Plus we complain during are stay about the air conditioning not functioning and they stop answering the phone that made us coming 5 story down every time we needed to ask about the situation. Not great at all

Pros:
1.Great vintage shops, department store, restaurants and speciality stores near by.
2.Hotel is very stylish and lounge is nicely done and cozy!
3. Bed was very soft so not sure for those who seek hard bed
4. Staffs were young, casual, very friendly
Cons:
1. Sauna & bad maintenance: I pick this hotel because of sauna. Staff was not well prepared to warm it up and light was off. I ask for emergency light and they said they don’t have it! What?!?!?
Really question there maintenance manual or safety preparation when they don’t even have emergency light?!?
2. During Evening, they just leave drinks out at the bar!
Be careful, its not free! Just as many hotel sometimes offer evening free drink bar, I thought it was that. No bar attendance, no major sign. ITS NOT FREE I only found out later!
Overall:
Great location within Paris
Nice place with not so well trained staff. Not a 4 star hotel.

DELIGHTFUL HOTEL, GREAT STAFF

Hotel in the central Marais district. Welcoming, very kind staff.

Beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing and the hotel is in the middle of the LGBTQ+ life. I would recommend it to everyone.

the heat wave was in full bloom. the air conditioning was not very effective and was non existent in the bathroom. I have stayed at the duo before and will continue to use this hotel in the future.
